1What these terms cover

These are the terms of use of Personal Palmist by SOLONSKY — the bot @solpalmist_bot and the mini app at palmist.solonsky.net.

By using the service or paying for a purchase, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If they do not suit you, do not use the service.

The service runs on Telegram, so Telegram’s terms apply too, including Telegram’s terms for mini apps and Telegram’s terms for Stars. Telegram did not create this service and is not responsible for it.

2Who provides the service

The service is provided by Aleksei Solonskii (brand SOLONSKY; “we”).

3What the service is

AI finds the lines on photos of your palms, checks them against the rules of classic palmistry books and writes a reading. The AI Oracle answers questions about your reading.

It is entertainment and a prompt to reflect on yourself. Readings and the Oracle’s answers are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice and do not predict health, lifespan, wealth or specific events. Do not make important decisions based on them; for health, money and legal matters, see a professional.

AI can make mistakes: draw a line in the wrong place or describe a feature inaccurately. We check the result but do not guarantee that it will match a human palm reader’s opinion.

4Age

The service is for people aged 16 and over. By paying for a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 16.

5Purchases in Telegram Stars

All purchases are paid in Telegram Stars inside Telegram. We show the price and what the purchase includes before you pay, and Telegram shows them again in the payment window.

• Quick reading — a reading of the right palm on one theme you choose, plus an image to share.
• Full reading — both hands: lines and hand shape, seven themes, the next chapter and posters. The pack of three full readings is three such readings.
• AI Oracle — a 30-day subscription with questions about your own full reading. The number of questions per month and per day is shown before you pay. The subscription renews every 30 days and charges Stars until you cancel renewal in the app profile or in Telegram settings; access stays until the end of the paid period.

A purchased reading goes to your balance and is used when you start a new reading. A reading needs your consent to sending photos, which the screen before your first photo asks for; until you give it, a purchased reading simply stays on your balance. If a photo cannot be read or something fails, the reading returns to your balance.

Prices may change; purchases and subscriptions already paid for keep their terms.

6Right of withdrawal

Readings and the Oracle subscription are digital services, and we start providing them right after payment: a reading goes to your balance at once, and the subscription opens Oracle questions at once. The law gives 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase, but for digital services started at your request this right is lost once they start.

That is why the purchase sheet says under the pay button: by paying, you ask for immediate access and lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not affect a purchase that did not arrive or did not work through our fault: see “Refunds”.

7Refunds

• If Stars were charged but the purchase did not arrive, or the reading could not be made through our fault, write to /paysupport. We will check the payment and restore the purchase by crediting it to your balance.
• If the Oracle subscription was paid twice at the same moment, we refund the extra payment in Stars automatically.
• Stars are not refunded for a finished reading or Oracle answers already received, unless the law requires it.
• Stars are refunded to the same Telegram account that paid.

Telegram support and @BotSupport cannot help with purchases in this bot. We handle all payment questions ourselves through /paysupport and /support.

8Promo codes and bonuses

A promo code gives what was stated when it was issued and can be activated once. Promo codes and bonus readings cannot be exchanged for Stars or money, withdrawn or passed on to someone else.

9Rules of use

• Photograph your own palms or the palms of someone who has agreed to it.
• Do not try to hack the service or get around payment or limits, and do not use it for mass mailings or automated requests.
• Do not send support other people’s personal data, passwords, codes or illegal content.

If these rules are broken, we may limit access to the service.

10Rights to the materials

Readings and posters are made for you: save them and share them. The app, its design, texts and knowledge base belong to SOLONSKY; you may not copy them for your own service.

11How the service works

The service is provided “as is”. There may be interruptions: updates, or outages at AI providers, Telegram or the hosting provider. During an AI outage, new readings and questions are temporarily unavailable, and readings and questions that did not go through return to your balance.

We may change what the service offers.

12Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of a reading or the Oracle’s answers. If something went wrong with a purchase, we will fix it by restoring the purchase on your balance.

13Support

• /support — any questions about the service and your data.
• /paysupport — questions about payments.

We answer in the chat with the bot. Telegram support does not help with purchases in this bot.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A new version will appear on this page with a new date; we will tell you about significant changes in advance in the bot or in the app. If you keep using the service after the changes, you accept the new version.

These terms are written in Russian; translations are provided for convenience. If the versions differ, the Russian one applies.
